With three Jimmy John's near Michigan State University, how many E. coli O26 cases will there be?

Bill Marler wonders, "In past Jimmy John’s sprout E. coli and Salmonella cases, young people – especially college students – seem to have been disproportionately hit. With at least three Jimmy John’s in East Lansing, and one student sick, I wonder how many of the 2, or 7, will be part of the count."
