HACCP Certification Short Course at MSU

To all interested in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Certification, the following course will be offered on Monday and Tuesday, November 24-25, 2014:

DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF HACCP AND PREREQUISITE PROGRAMS

This course is a certificate training and is accredited by the International HACCP Alliance. COURSE DIRECTORS: Dr. Jeannine Schweihofer, Dr. Les Bourquin, Dr. Kirk Dolan, Dr. John Partridge
